Limit color prints with passwords

Hi everyone, I just joined this forum because I have a problem that I can't solve with an OKI ES7470 printer. Practically, we will want to create local user accounts for the printer and give only to some, the possibility of printing in color; while white and black prints can make anyone. Can you help me please, I'm losing my mind. Thanks in advance
