Looking for a simple office printer - Up to 250$

Hey guys, I am looking for a simple office printer, which doesn't need to have any other functions (Copy/scan/fax etc.). I am looking for a printer with the maximum dollar per page efficiency, so I don't mind paying a little bit extra for the printer itself, if in the long run the toner costs and efficiency will make the initial investment a smart one. I tried looking at different models and reviews, but I honestly only got more confused. Here are the list of things I am looking for in this printer:

1. Color/B&W: Only B&W
2. Average number of pages printed in a day: 50
3. Duplex needed: No
4. Laser/inkjet: Only Laser
5. What am I printing? Mostly Just simple text.
6. LAN/WiFi: LAN definitely would not hurt, WiFi is not needed.
7. Type of paper: A4 only
8. Other functions (MFP): No.
9. Device connected: A windows (7, currently) PC, no other device connectivity needed (cloud, smartphones, etc).
10. Printing speed: It has to be faster than a turtle, but it doesn't have to be the fastest printer on the planet.
11. Country of origin: Israel, even though Amazon US/DE/UK is also an option.
12. Preferred company: Not really, even though most of my printers today are made by Samsung.
13. Maximum price: 250$ +-
