Magenta Bands in non-white areas of printing

I am using an OKI C5200 laser printer. It actually is a good machine. However, my color prints consistently are spoiled by 3 magenta horizontal bands that occur only in the printing (non-white) areas. (see attachment for example). I have done the thorough cleaning - twice actually. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
