Making the max printer media height taller than 16 in (Brother 9970CDW)

I own the Brother MFC-9970CDW, on Windows 10.

I want to print a custom size sheet of paper/media (17 in x 8.5 in) and have figured out how to add a custom media size, BUT either windows 10 or the Brother printer is limiting me to 16 in height when I go to print a document. How can I get that up to a 17 inch height?
