MFC-J6710DW - No Ink Cartridge

Hi everyone, I have a MFC-6710DW for some while now and never had problems but guess what, now I do. So as a routine ink clean up the printer does on its own a message appeared on the PC screen saying NO INK CARTRIDGE. I really ignored the whole thing because I said, this is impossible. Well guess what now I cant print because of this message. I have installed it back like 100 times, put new ink in (all original), turned off for days, clean area, put tape on ink level and I don't know what else to do. The funny part is that it doesn't let me print, not even black and white. I am so frustrated with this any suggestion are welcomed, thanks.

Try resetting the printer back to factory defaults.
