Hi all Just bought an MFC-J6940DW and I am not sure if it has a problem (or not), the Touchscreen lights up and works OK, but the Menu buttons (Back, Home and X) do not light up, there is no illumination at all under any circumstances, they simply have no light behind them, the buttons work apart from that, is this normal or is it faulty?
