MFC-L5800DW Scan to network problem

Anybody have any issues getting the scan to network feature to work? I followed every instruction down to a T but I think my problem is with the authentication settings. I do not know exactly what it means by user name and password, user name and password for what? I am not using Windows Server of any sort, we have a small office of only 5 people so everyone has Windows 10 Pro installed. I'm not sure what else to do
