Mono Laser printer for foiling

Hello,

I am looking for a mono laser printer that can print at least 11" wide and ideally 40" long or more. Ideally I would like it to be in the price range of $200-300, but any suggestions are welcome.

This would be used for foil transfers mostly. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
