Hello to everybody :)
I am having terrible days with new Epson printers (XP-7100)
I bought two from Amazon and they both were not working.

In the first one, the cyan cartridge was damaged and all the ink went into the printer.
The second is not printing CMY  and bad black quality

I am frustrated, disappointed, and angry about Epson...

So I ask you for suggestions for a good quality, long-lasting printer with the following features:

- Refillable tanks - I don't want to buy costly cartridges and I don't trust refillable third-party cartridges - they only create problems
- Multifunction printer with scanner and ADF - I use it for small office purposes, scan docs, etc...
- Photographic quality - If working, the Epson XP-7100 seemed to have this feature :-(
- A4 paper is ok - potentially a second paper drawer for a different paper format/type
- Back paper input for heavy paper - Epson XP-7100 had this feature :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
- Relatively small dimensions. i.e. 50 P x 45 l x 25/30 H cm - it's just an example based on Epson XP-7100
- Cost - I don't want to pay more than 200 € Less is even better.

Can anyone please help me to find the right one?
Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu,
Andrea

Unfortunately because of your price range, you're really stuck in the "disposable" printer category. Have you tried servicing the ones you have? Cleaning the printheads could restore them back to life.

Sounds like you're dead set on wasting money. Do you not see that you're going to be in the same situation you're in now not far down the road? The $200 and lower models are made to be replaced. If you spent a small amount of time researching how to maintain your current printers, you'd spend a fraction of the money and actually know how to keep the printers going for a lot longer.

These are tips on the highest systems.. let's get down to business, otherwise they are just words.. Do you know a reliable and trustworthy source where I can find the information you are talking about?
