Hi all, i wounder if some one can help me. my laptop windows 10 doesn't recognize citizen clp-1001 thermal. the printer is parralel printer. i am using parralel to usb cable. usually when you connect printer or camera to laptop for first it says new device found. but when i connect this printer nothing happen.

when i try to add usb printer it keeps searching on and on.

but it only shows "IEEE1284 unknown" tried few
