Need a recommendation for an all-in-one printer

I'm looking for a printer/scanner/copier that can be used wirelessly, whose ink cartridges can be refilled and doesn't consume very much ink, and has automatic duplexing (where it prints on both sides of the paper automatically without me having to reinsert the paper).I'd consider anything below $200. Thanks.
