need advice on epson r230 printer

hi guys, i am new with epson r230 printer and my problem is i cant remove the bands or white lines when i am printing specially on the cyan color. i already did head cleaning even powerful cleaning for several times already but still it doesn't work i even use a syringe to suck out the ink from the cartridge. what will i do so that the bands or white lines will be totally remove when i am printing a picture specially on cyan color. thanks in advance. more power

Maybe you can replace the head belt motor.
