Need help with Canon MF61100dw

Hoping someone can help, as this printer is no longer supported by Canon. There's a blank space about 1/4" (10mm) wide on the page; it was near the right-hand side at first, now it seems to be just left of center. I've tried shaking the print cartridge, but that didn't help. Can anyone give me ideas on how to solve this?
