I need some guidance about printers setup especially HP .We have three floors in our building and in each floor there are max 50 users. We need a Laser printer (Not Colored) for each floor so that the users should get the printers. Normally some people install a laser printer live HP Laser Jet 1320 in a local computer and share that computer with each client machine.
The 2nd way is to purchase a network printer.
Please guide me that what is the main difference between the printer which is installed in a dedicated computer like print server it is shareed with client machine and the network printer .
