Net Admin/Viewer communication problem

Hi,

I'm using the Kyocera Net Admin/Viewer consoles to manage a number of Kyocera ECOSYS M6026cdn here on the network and for some reason can now no longer communicate with the printers from either console. I could previously but a configuration change on the printers has obviously stopped communication from happening.

I can obviously reset to factory defaults but don't want to have to do this manually for each one so finding out why communication is failing is priority here.

Any ideas?

Right, Ignore that. Would help if the KYOCERA Net Admin Agent service was started! They're now communicating........
