Once again you've burned me. So many others have complained, and your class action lawsuit speaks for itself. I can't print in black because one color is too low. You know you could resolve this with a software or firmware update. You suck and I will NEVER buy another of your products. Ever.

you have my sympathies! I posted today about my Epson printer which stopped printing when I cancelled the standing order for Readyprint as I never got any ink for 6 months!
