New Canon Printer Problem - Pixma TS9560

Hi Everyone! I have just purchased a new printer (yesterday), as the old one died. The problem is when I use 6 x 4 phot paper in the rear feeder I get part of the image on the right skewed. I have tried printing in the this mode a few times and it always comes out the same. I have printed A4 photos from the rear feeder and they come out fine. I have also completed most of the maintenance on the printer: Print nozzle check pattern, cleaning and manual head alignment.
