Hi all
At the moment at work we are using an HP printer which uses codes to distinguish between the drawers for different papers. The codes are in the form of ((1)), ((1,2,3)) etc. Each number denotes a drawer to feed from.
Our printer is almost dead now after years and years of use and HP tell us they no longer make printers that use these codes. We are having a nightmare finding something that will let us put codes in to take from different drawers and we need this capability to be able to do huge merges (not mail merges!) which require our letters and documents to come out in an order together with the different papers.
I hope this makes sense.
Does anybody know whether there's a printer that does anything like this? We need a minimum of four drawers plus, if possible, an envelope feeder.
I'm sure in these days of technology there must be something that has this ability.
Thank you in advance.
