New printhead assembly needed.

Hi, I am Kitangala Herman from Kampala ,Uganda, East Africa and I am new here .
I am trying to find a new printhead assembly for HP OFFICEJET 7000 wide format and one for HP photosmart plus. Where do you guys buy them? or is it true that you just have to buy a new printer when the printhead assembly gets damaged?
