New toner cartridge install

I've had my printer less than two years. I just purchased new OEM toner cartridges. When you remove the cover, there is a longer piece of clear plastic that gets pulled out of the cartridge. The hole that the plastic comes out of allows toner to escape. The original cartridges are not like that, nor are some other non OEM cartridges that I previously purchased. What's going on?

take it back and get an exchange. or give your receipt to Samsung and they will send you a new one but itll take 3-4 weeks.
