Not Printing dark Blacks plz see images

Cleaning heads and switching from Photo Black to Matte Black back and forth does not seem to work. I have been running B&W Matte Black prints all last week. This week dark rich blacks wont print on either Matte Black on matte paper or Photo Black on glossy paper.

First Image is a grad black to white test, the second image is the printer trying to print the test. 3rd images is how the printer internal test came out and 3rd is a proof of the print ad I am working on (logos and info censored) all the light blue should be black, the grays printed fine.

Let me know if any of you have seen this problem or have any ideas how to fix this

OEM Epson Ink & cartridges??

"OEMs are manufacturers who resell another company's product under their own name and branding." I am using Epson Ink and wouldn't trust another brand
