Not Printing to 250gsm or 300gsm Cardstock

Hi all.
We have just invested in a new Epson ET2650 Eco-Tank it prints to all my media except any cardstock above 200gsm.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get it to print out on to 250 or 300gsm cardstock.
my old RX585 would print to them we going spare and a few more grey hair every time we try.
