My OfficeJet 9018, purchased from Costco, works perfectly. It is connected by Ethernet cable to my router. Every few days the printer will lose its connection to the Internet, although it continues to print from any network device just fine, so it is still connected to my local network. There are no other Internet issues with any other device in the house. The only way to restore Internet connectivity is to power cycle the printer. That fixes the problem, for a few days. Then sure enough HP Instant Ink will send an email complaining that it hasn't heard from the printer, and there we go again.
