Oki B4600 Check Image Drum Toner Sensor Error

I am getting a "Check Image Drum Toner Sensor Error" every time I start my printer. This error pops up whether I have the drum/toner installed or not. My printer will not do anything with this error. I can not to any menus. I have tried to hold down the buttons to get to the OKIUSER menu but from there, I'm not finding a way to reset the printer. Does anyone have any info that would help me with this?

One more thing, this is happening with both the old and new drum/toner.
