OKI C813 Admin Password

Hi all,

Looking for some help - I recieved my new oki printer and have reset the admin password and can nolonger login. I logged a call with OKI for which they gave me a resolution to reset the password but it does not work. They provided me with a prn file and told me to upload it using the LPR utility - this does not work.

#Wondering if anyone knows how to rest this - also confirm the default admin account.
