Hello everyone I am new here so not quite sure what to expect but sure could use some help. We have a customer that brought in an OKI C830N still on the first set of toner but with almost complete black pages. I have attached some pages to show what it looks like. Upon OKI's recommendation we changed the maintenance board, service board, power board, black drum, transfer belt. Still not better. Now that we've have dumped so much money into it the customer would like to get it going again if we can. Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated!!!!
