OKI C8600 Printing Problems

Hi All

I have an OKI C8600 which I am having printing problems with when printing in colour.

There are 4 thick vertical cyan lines transfered to all my prints rendering them useless.

I have bought and fitted a new cyan toner despite the old one having 60% left but the problem has not changed.

Any suggestions what I can try next...?
