OKI MC362 laser printer error

Hello ... my printer has a message : power OFF/ON 231: error 03.

i checked the cartridges and pulled out the whole set of cartridges and put it all back again; switched off, unplugged from the wall and back on again ... at one point the machine 'came back' - i printed a single sheet and then went to print from outlook and the message is there again making the machine unusable.

i dont know what to do now ... anyone please?
