Hello. I run an envelope company and have recently purchased an Oki Pro 9542, where we are going to over print onto envelopes.
This device gives a 4mm border as standard when printing but Oki did say you can trick the machine into printing less than that. They gave me some instructions to try, but none of it made any sense.
I was wondering if there is anyone out there that would have some ideas of what to try?
I’d ideally like to get it to 1mm all the way around.
I have tried increasing the document size and it works bottom, left and right, but the top always has a 4mm border.
