Old document from seven years ago printing randomly still

Hello, a ricoh mp 6002 printer randomly will print a one page document 10 times.

Unsure if it is from printing or what. the document server does not have the paper listed as an option as well.

Printer is networked to many computers so unable to tell when / which user or how it is happening.
