I'm looking for a printer that can scan a document to PDF with ONE button, no dialog boxes, confirmation requests, or menus to navigate, just ONE button that is preset to do letter size pdf and save to a network share or send email. I need it for my elderly mom who constantly need to show me stuff she gets in the mail. Have gone through many brands over the years, brother, HP, epson...and have yet to find one that works seamlessly or has at least 4 steps to click through. Thoughts?
