P5026cdw not duplexing

For no apparent reason, my ECOSYS P5026cdw laser printer no longer prints duplex. This is after I dug through the menu to find the setting and reset it to "duplex". I tested with a short 4 page document, but still got 4 pages. When I went back into the menu, the print option was no longer "duplex." Anything I need to be looking for?
