P6000 Printing Dilemma

Greetings,
I'm having trouble printing to my P6000 (and I've printed on it before with no issues). See attached output...
Specs
Mac 10.13.6
Photoshop CC
I've tried numerous variations (prntr manages color, PS manages color, etc.) - same result
I also tried another images - same result
Help!!!
