My Brother MFC825DW has served me well but has developed a fault that makes it unusable. It will not feed the paper through. I have tried cleaning the various wheels I can access at the rear of the machine but to no avail. First the 4x6 photo paper would not go through and now even the A4 plain paper will not. TBH I have always had my doubts about the paper feed on this machine as the parer has to bend double on its way through. It doesn't cope with thicker paper at all. It makes me think I should move to a machine with a rear loading system where the paper does not have to bend hardly at all. Should I be looking at a Canon Pixma? That's the only one I can see with such a paper feed. So, any ideas about my Brother problem or advice on rear loaders would be welcome.
