Hello, I have an 8023 hp printer and there is a paper jam problem. I checked, there is no jammed paper, the printer is clean. When you open the printer, the print head and the ink do not move. I moved it with the wheel on the left side and it came free but after turning it off and on it returns to the place on the right side and gets stuck there again the message paper jam appears. Would appreciate help
