I have a Photosmart C410a that I have had for years. Over the last couple of months, I would get a 0x610000f6 error after printing. Sometimes only a couple of pages of my document would come out and then I would get this error and the printing would stop.
I have done the following:
I have restarted the printer several times
I have installed new cartridges
I have removed the printhead and wiped off a lot of ink on it (it helped the printing aspect)
I have opened every thing I can think of to see if there is a paper jam and can't find any paper
I have attempted to contact HP Support but since my printer is out of warranty they wanted to charge me to fix it.
I am wondering if getting a new printhead would help solve the issue
