I have a Pixma MG5522 which has been flashing the Support Code 6000 screen for months. Originally I had a paper jam, but after I turned the printer off and took the paper out the Code remained on the screen. I have turned this thing out several times looking for any other loose debris. I have even unscrewed the paper tray and taken a pipe cleaner to the insides. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and even tried (in vain) to find some sort of hard reset for this printer.
I can't figure this out. My printer is essentially a brick at this point.
