Pixma Mp640 Paper Weight Limits

Hi,

I'm a total printing noob I'm afraid, but I've been tasked with creating some CD sleeves with printed booklets. I am planning on printing a heavy card, or similar, A4 cover folded to A5, with the booklet printed on lighter A4 paper (folded to an A5 booklet) stapled to the inside of the cover's spine.
The card CD sleeve will be glued to the inside of the back cover.

Does anyone know what the thickest card I can print on a Canon Pixma MP640 is?
Or even if my plan is any good?

P.S.

I was thinking 250gsm for the cover, is this about right?
