The print coming out of my printer is extremely faded and sometimes can't even be read. Print levels are nowhere near needing refilled. Print head cleaning did not resolve the situation. The yellow print after the print head alignment is barely visible and forget about trying to print color letterhead. Is there anything else I can do or did I buy an expensive large paperweight that does not live up to its marketing hype.
