Hello,
I have an Epson PM-A920 printer, and it sat in storage for a year. After flushing all of the print heads with cleaning solution, all colors are working great except magenta.
In the test print, there aren't missing line segments as you might see in a clog, instead all line segments are there, but they're in the wrong place. But the problem only occurs for magenta. All other colors are fine.
See attached photo of nozzle check page.
I tried running the alignment utility many times, but it is hopeless.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong, or what to do about it?
Thank you very much in advance.
Luke
