Print/fax/scanner: A3, 2-trays, easy to refill ink ?

Can someone recommend of a printer/fax/scanner with:

- TWO paper trays
- A3 print ability
- EASY to refill ink, with some continuous or chip-reset tool... (i.e. not keep buying new cartridges)


Found: MFC-J6930DW but reviews say it will not accept refills easily, all must be OEM ink.

Found: Epson ET-16500/L1455 EcoTan, but that is $1000!!!! and reviews on amazon are not that great, so it could be a huge risk....

Any other top on a good all-in-one A3 size printer?
