Print shows a smudge or wrinkle appearance

I stupidly tried to print a self adhesive sheet resulting in the fuser rollers being totally gummed up. I replaced the rollers, the fuser cover and the fuser sensor. Now it works but the print copy gives a smudged or wrinkled appearance in the center of the page. Upon closer inspection, it is definitly a wrinklt like the is something causing a mechanical problem.
