Print to fax -- HP Officejet on Linux Mint

I have an HP officejet 6830, running on Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.
I want print to fax function, or workaround.
On Windows I use the HP universal fax driver.

Is there a way I can connect from my browser to the printer via ISP of the printer, and send a fax job that way?
