Printer going off-line

My Canon MX922 periodically goes off-line when not in use. Does this printer have a "sleep" mode that can be adusted or disabled?

I never had that problem when I had that printer - my just died after a year and 4 months. I had the same printer - got a 1403 error install correct printhead! So - I junked it bought a brother dcp-l2540dw - love it - anyway - have you tried to hook your canon up to the ethernet connection. That is how I hooked mine up - worked great with my laptops & PC & Phone

You need to talk to a manufacturing consultant. In addition, use your printer regularly because if you are not using your printer regularly then it creates many problems such as dry ink. You may need to check the windows for compatible drivers.
