Printer not printing the right colors

Hi
I recently picked up a Cannon MG printer that was out of ink and I refilled the cartages using bottled ink, I followed the instructions regarding putting the right color into each part of the color cartage. But for some reason the colors are not printing the right colors. Any ideas please
