printer problems

I have an Epson ET2720 has a weird screen on front. UP/DOWN:[D] SHIFT:[R]/FIN:[O Not sure what it is asking for.
It is in blue print letters. Maybe some of password. Can put in numbers but no letters. Any help would be appreciated
