My Epson 4750 printer will not print on the back side of a sheet of printer paper.
When it would print normally, it would print the front side push the paper out in the tray for 75% of the paper length, then withdraw the papaer to print the reverse side. Then the paper comes out with both sides printed.
Now when it prints, it prints the front side then as before pushes the printed front side out into the ray about 75% of the way
and then withdraws it, it stops and says paper jam. It never finishes the reverse side at all. It is just gone. I clear the paper jam, and get a very wrinkled print out with only the front side printed. How do I fix this?
