Printer won't print right when printing file.

Copy works fine, Scan works fine, Printer skips lines when printing a file. Please help?

What Operating System?
USB connection or Network?

Try printing from WORD PAD or NOTE PAD. Let me know any difference?

Maybe I worded it wrong. There is a white line thru about every 6 or 7 lines. Looks like
may be no ink. I'm sorry if I am not doing this right.

Gotemba: Try OEM genuine Epson brand ink.
Try re-installing printer. Use Epson Install CD. Follow Install instructions carefully.
Try printing from WORD PAD or Note Pad.

tried to print in Wordpad, same thing. I will try to get new ink soon.
