Printing 13 x 19 on Epson ET-16500

I just got this monster printer so I could make some large 11 x 17 and 13 x 19 prints, but while I can load the paper (very unique how it works), I can't find a graphic setting that will allow me to print that large. It always defaults to letter, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? I really want to use my printer for what I bought it.
