Printing from alexa and chromebook

I have an artisan 830 and am looking to print from alexa as well as a chromebook.

I have looked a bit into it and it appears that I need to register for cloud printing using the epson print finder app. I use the app and it finds the printer but then there is no option once the printer is selected to register for the cloud printing.

Not sure if my model is not capable of it or if I am doing something wrong but any assistance is appreciated.
